Last updated: June 23, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Clozers ("Clozers," "we," "us," or "our"), a product of Nexus Media LLC, collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you use the Clozers application, websites, and related services (collectively, the "Service").
By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Note: Clozers is a sales-coaching and team-management platform. It is intended for use by businesses and their personnel. It is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

The Service is operated by Nexus Media LLC ("Company"). For privacy-related questions, you can reach us at:
- Email: [INSERT CONTACT EMAIL — e.g. privacy@clozers.app]
- Mailing address: [INSERT COMPANY MAILING ADDRESS]
For users in jurisdictions that require a designated contact, the contact above also serves as the point of contact for data-protection inquiries.
2. Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of information:
2.1 Information You Provide
- Account information: name, email address, password (stored in hashed form), company or team name, and role (e.g., owner, manager, representative).
- Profile information: any details you add to your profile or team settings, including uploaded branding assets (such as a logo) for white-label customers.
- Content you submit: messages, transcripts, notes, deal records, pipeline information, voice recordings or audio you submit to the AI Coach, and other content you create or upload while using the Service.
- Communications: information you provide when you contact us for support or otherwise correspond with us.
2.2 Billing Information
- We use a third-party payment processor (Stripe) to handle payments. Payment-card details are collected and processed directly by Stripe. We do not store full payment-card numbers on our systems. We receive limited billing information such as subscription status, plan tier, billing contact, and the last four digits and card brand associated with a payment method.
2.3 Information Collected Automatically
- Usage data: how you interact with the Service, including features used, pages viewed, actions taken, and timestamps.
- Device and log data: IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, and similar technical information.
- Cookies and similar technologies: we and our service providers use cookies and similar technologies to operate, secure, and improve the Service, and to keep you signed in. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect functionality.
2.4 Information From Team Administrators
- If you use the Service as a member of a team or organization, the account owner or administrator who invited you may provide your email address and assign your role. Your activity within the team (such as coaching activity, strengths/weaknesses summaries, and pipeline data) may be visible to your team's managers and owner through manager-facing features.
3. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, maintain, and secure the Service;
- Create and manage accounts, teams, and roles;
- Process transactions and manage subscriptions and billing;
- Power the AI Coach and related features, including generating coaching feedback and responses;
- Provide manager and team-administration features, including activity summaries and pipeline visibility to authorized team members;
- Communicate with you about the Service, including service-related and transactional messages (such as invitations, confirmations, and password resets);
- Respond to your requests and provide customer support;
- Monitor and analyze usage and trends to improve the Service;
- Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, security incidents, and technical issues;
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms and agreements.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use the content you submit to train third-party foundation models except as needed to provide the Service to you (see Section 4).
4. Third-Party Service Providers (Subprocessors)
We rely on a limited set of trusted third-party providers ("subprocessors") to operate the Service. These providers process information on our behalf and are bound by obligations to protect it. Our key subprocessors include:
| Provider | Purpose | Data Involved |
|---|---|---|
| Supabase | Database, authentication, and file storage | Account, profile, team, and content data |
| Vercel | Application hosting and delivery | Technical and log data; request processing |
| Stripe | Payment processing and subscription billing | Billing and payment information |
| Anthropic | AI model that powers the AI Coach (text) | Content you submit to the AI Coach |
| ElevenLabs | Voice/audio features for the AI Coach | Audio and text submitted for voice features |
| Resend | Transactional email delivery (invites, confirmations, resets) | Email address and message contents |
When you use AI-powered features, the content you submit (for example, your messages or audio to the AI Coach) is transmitted to the applicable AI provider to generate a response and return it to you. We select providers that offer appropriate confidentiality and security commitments. The list of subprocessors may change as the Service evolves; we will update this Policy to reflect material changes.
5. How We Share Information
We may share information in the following circumstances:
- Within your team or organization: as described in Section 2.4, your activity and content may be visible to authorized members of your team (such as managers and the account owner).
- With service providers: as described in Section 4, to operate the Service.
- For legal reasons: to comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request; to enforce our agreements; or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Clozers, our users, or others.
- Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Policy.
- With your consent: for any other purpose disclosed to you at the time we collect the information or with your direction.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
6. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or anonymize it. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable period, except where retention is required or permitted by law (for example, certain billing records).
Note that team-related content you contributed may remain accessible to your team or organization after you leave it, consistent with how shared workspaces operate.
7. Security
We implement technical and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration, including encryption in transit, access controls, and row-level security on stored data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.

- Request correction of inaccurate information;
- Request deletion of your information;
- Object to or restrict certain processing;

You can also:
- Update your account and profile information in the Service's settings;
- Adjust cookie preferences through your browser;
- Opt out of non-essential communications by following the unsubscribe instructions in those messages (transactional messages are necessary to provide the Service).

We operate and store data in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States and other countries where we or our service providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
10. Region-Specific Disclosures
California residents (CCPA/CPRA): You have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion or correction, and to opt out of "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law. You will not be discriminated against for exercising your rights.
EEA/UK residents (GDPR/UK GDPR): We process personal information on the legal bases of performance of a contract, our legitimate interests in operating and improving the Service, compliance with legal obligations, and your consent where applicable. You have the rights described in Section 8 and may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice (such as by email or an in-app notice).
